type='text'>Creo que el problema o las limitantes que enfrenta...</title><content type='html'>Creo que el problema o las limitantes que enfrentan las empresas a la hora de plantearse el uso de los social media es la desesperación por entrar en este segmento. Un segundo aspecto, es que olvidan frecuentemente que para calar en el consumidor o el público objetivo hay que ponerse siempre en su lugar. Escuchar esta bien, sobre todo aprender a escuchar, sin embargo las empresas hoy por hoy se ven obligadas a generar empatía.
